			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I tried to use it for Joomla 1.0.15 and it worked out to export all my messages into the WordPress 2.9.2. Of course, there is still some work to make images and embedded videos to work in WP, make your posts nicely laid out etc,. especially if you used Joomla components and plugins. But in the end I found it better, than recreating all my posts on WP from scratch:)

They will require a learning curve, some more than others (Plone for example). And for certain tasks and/or requirements there may not be a plugin that will do exactly as you desire.</p>
<p>What I would suggest is listing your requirements.Then, going through those requirements while evaluating each CMS noting down how much of those requirements are met. Figure out which CMS fills the most requirements while still providing the most important benefits and features you desire.
